PUT YOUR BODY
IN GOOD HANDS
Relax, Restore, Rejuvenate
Working in the healing arts field for over 5 years now, is truly a dream come true! I can honestly say its the best job I've ever had and I can't imagine doing anything else. I love being able to simultaneously reduce pain and infuse relaxation into every session. I enjoy learning new techniques and reading up on the latest evidence around massage and its many healing benefits. I am currently enrolled in the Academy of Clinical Massage, working on my Clinical Rehabilitative Massage (CRM) Specialty Certificate.
Everybody experiences therapeutic touch differently. I strive to really listen to my clients needs and incorporate an integrative approach. Massage can be both therapeutic and relaxing and I like to think we can accomplish both in one session.
"When you touch one thing with deep awareness,
you touch everything."
- Lao Tzu
Variable pressure massage, with an emphasis on relieving pain from physical trauma or everyday life activities. Modalites include: Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point and Deep Tissue.
A classic massage that uses smooth, gliding strokes to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. Pressure can range from gentle to firm, leaving you blissfully invigorated.
AROMATHERAPY LYMPHATIC MASSAGE
INTEGRATED CUPPING MASSAGE
A wonderfully balanced and rhythmic full body massage that rejuvenates the skin, aids in detoxifying the body and cleanses the lymphatic system. Essential oils and hot towels enhance this ultra relaxing massage. Please note: this is not deep tissue or medical lymphatic drainage.
While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. It is used to relieve neck and back pain, tight muscles, depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue and migraine headaches...just to name a few!
