About Me

Working in the healing arts field for over 5 years now, is truly a dream come true!  I can honestly say its the best job I've ever had and I can't imagine doing anything else.  I love being able to simultaneously reduce pain and infuse relaxation into every session.  I enjoy learning new techniques and reading up on the latest evidence around massage and its many healing benefits.  I am currently enrolled in the Academy of Clinical Massage, working on my Clinical Rehabilitative Massage (CRM) Specialty Certificate.

Everybody experiences therapeutic touch differently.  I strive to really listen to my clients needs and incorporate an integrative approach.  Massage can be both therapeutic and relaxing and I like to think we can accomplish both in one session.

 you touch everything.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
INTEGRATED CUPPING MASSAGE

Using a combination of 8 essential oils, warm towels and therapeutic massage, this treatment creates overall systemic health benefits for the whole body.  Specifically it addresses stress, immunity, the inflammatory response and autonomic imbalance.

While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.  It is used to relieve neck and back pain, tight muscles, depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue and migraine headaches...just to name a few!
